One day we enjoyed a rafting trip down the north fork of the Coeur d Alene river but quickly got off the river when we had crashing thunder!! Tessie treated the gang to hamburgers and milkshakes along with providing lots of cupcakes for Zoey’s birthday and then a huge cowboy breakfast before she left. That was the real thing with bacon, eggs, pancakes and gravy and biscuits!!!!! Thank you Tess for such an awesome meal and all that you provided. It was really appreciated.
And after two weeks it was time for us to head into Washington State for a months stay at Pioneer Trails RV Park near LaConner and Anacortes for sone cool weather and time to experience the ocean and lakes. Maybe even get in some kayaking and birding.
Zoey had an full afternoon at the water park in Kellogg which is all inside and fantastic.
Papa shared some cray story times with Zoey and hug time.
One of her surprises besides animal crackers and gum was very lovely barrettes for her hair
Time with Tess enjoying the scenery and reminiscing about old times
And one of Zoey’s favorite surprises was two puppets boy and girl that we got her. We had sone gut rolling laughs over those silly puppet conversations!!
Puppet fun
Scavenger hunt clues
Cupcakes from Tessie and of course a crown and candles!!
And no time with Papa would be complete without finding a snake for Zoey to see amd touch!
Then the rough neck Idaho crew came out to target pta give!! Look out everyone!
The base camp of Todds with his new wing roof built.
Papa helping Zoey get her pellet gun set up for her balloon target
Nana bought Zoey this suit for her birthday and she posed for us for an early 4 th of July shot
And I found this cute dress and hat for her too. She’s a good model!

Then the big clouds start coming in as Papa had predicted.

Dan had to back around and work his magic to get us out of the driveway and head on down the road.
